Complain letter about overly loud performances at Tuen Mun Park
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to complain about overly loud performances at Tuen Mun Park (Sai Yeung Choi St). People must not disturb others and block the walkway.
First of all, my learning and resting were sorely disturbed by the noises. The elderly, who live nearby, dance and turn up the amplifier daily at Tuen Mun Park. Most frustratingly, they start to play old-fashioned songs as early as 5 am and end at 10 pm, which seriously affects my sleeping quality. Once, I tried to put on earbuds, and they worked. However, this move just cures the symptoms, not the disease. When I was sleeping, the earbuds fell off, and I woke up immediately. Since I do not sleep well, I hardly concentrate on the lessons at school. My academic performance has stepped back, enclosed please find my academic results.
Besides, the loud performances connect to the MTR station. As I mentioned above, they dance in the park, even precisely, on the crossing path, the only way to reach the station. Previously, I asked them to move away politely. Nonetheless, they rudely stated they were entitled to use such a public area and ignored me later. Therefore, people who want to get to the station must jostle through the elderly. I believe this is a dangerous action which might lead to traffic accidents one day as the car road is one step close. I captured a few photos about how the road was blocked, enclosed please find these photos.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to investigate and resolve this problem. I demand a letter from you within a week, or I shall be forced to take legal action. I may be contacted at the above address.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Wong
